Here in this picture the structure was covered with paper, used as a mold to coat the TURTLE DECK. The turtle deck was coated with a layer of epoxy resin. For that the epoxy resin laminated on a table very smooth. Attachments:

The result was good after the epoxy has dried, cut just needed to dremel a little bigger than necessary. Attachments:

Nice work.
I like the idea of wrapping fiberglass instead of wood or aluminum for the turtle deck. I might try that on my Renegade.

My friends. As I had no idea at the plate paste epoxy resin, I decided to stick with the fiber windshield glue, used in automobiles. I hope you enjoyed the turtle deck. Then I'll put the photos, construction is already underway, and as I do not know the site, I'll put the pictures in sequence. Attachments:
